In a historic move to promote national cohesion and tackle the root causes of conflict, the Prime Cabinet Secretary and Acting Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, has unveiled the Peacebuilding Architecture Review Report. This comprehensive review is set to reshape Kenya’s peacebuilding and conflict resolution strategies, offering a clear path to lasting harmony across the country.

While addressing attendees at the launch, Hon. Mudavadi emphasized the report’s significance as a cornerstone for effective governance and social stability. He reiterated the government’s commitment to fostering unity and tackling the underlying causes of discord. “This report is more than an audit—it is a vision. It reflects our determination to build safer and more inclusive communities for all Kenyans,” he said.

The Peacebuilding Architecture Review Report proposes practical strategies to strengthen collaboration between government agencies, stakeholders, and grassroots organizations. Key focus areas include improving conflict prevention mechanisms, enhancing early warning systems, and creating a resilient framework to sustain peace. These efforts aim to position Kenya as a regional leader in peacebuilding.

The launch brought together civil society representatives, religious leaders, and community stakeholders, showcasing a collective commitment to addressing societal challenges through dialogue and shared responsibility. Participants hailed the initiative as a transformative step toward national integration and a more harmonious society.

As Kenya embarks on this renewed journey toward peace, the report is expected to guide policymakers and inspire unified efforts to promote sustainable development and stability across all regions of the country.
