Wanjigi to pursue justice for abducted Kenyans

Businessman Jimi Wanjigi has said he will be seeking legal redress locally and internationally to ensure the government is held accountable over protest deaths and enforced disappearances Speaking today in Nairobi, Wanjigi said he has been touched by the plight of 12 families especially of Bob Njagi and the Longton twins (Jamil and Aslam) who were abducted after visiting him at Kamukunji Police Station.  “We are at a very sad state in our history as a nation. Families and friends are extremely devastated when their loved ones are abducted and no known whereabouts even from the security agencies,” he noted.  The politician also demanded the immediate and unconditional release of abducted Kenyans who have been missing for a while.
