The groundbreaking of Phase II follows the validated success of Phase I, where strong rental absorption has reinforced KEZA’s positioning as both a livable community and an income-generating asset. KEZA Riruta is strategically located off Waiyaki Way, within a short commute to Westlands and Nairobi’s key commercial hubs, making it attractive to working professionals and long-term tenants.
